Saladmaster, Inc. (Saladmaster), warrants that each Saladmaster Stainless Steel Cooking Utensil will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the Saladmaster Stainless Steel Cooking Utensil. In the event of a malfunction or failure of a Saladmaster Stainless Steel Cooking Utensil, the purchaser should return the product ... properly packaged, insured and postage prepaid ... Saladmaster, Inc., Customer Service Department, 230 Westway Place #101, Arlington, Texas 76018. If the malfunction or failure is a result of defects covered by this warranty, Saladmaster will, at its option, repair the Saladmaster Stainless Steel Cooking Utensil or replace it with a new Saladmaster Stainless Steel Cooking Utensil, and return it to the purchaser, with charge only for shipping and handling.This warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, neglect, abuse, tampering or misuse, nor does it cover damage resulting from service by persons other than Saladmaster.
SALADMASTER'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE SALADMASTER STAINLESS STEEL COOKING UTENSIL. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SALADMASTER'S FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL OR STATE WARRANTY LAW, SALADMASTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

Q. Does the warranty cover replacement for my cookware that was lost, stolen, misplaced or burned in a house fire?
A. The hazard portion of the Saladmaster Limited Lifetime Warranty provides replacement at one half the current suggested retail price. Proof of loss (fire, police or insurance report) must be submitted to Saladmaster Inc., 912 - 113th Street, Arlington, TX 76011.
Q. What causes food to stick to my cookware?
A. Sticking is usually caused from too high of heat or improper cleaning. Saladmaster Cookware is designed to cook on lower temperature settings and high heat is never required.
Many times a slight residue may remain on the cookware after cooking and cleaning. Usually this will appear as a white film. This is, primarily, sodium cooked out of foods and calcium deposits that the dishwasher will not remove.
This is easily removed by using a Stainless Steel Cleaner such as Saladmaster Glo. Simply rinse the utensil with warm tap water and drain excess water, leaving only a few drops. With this moisture, sprinkle in a small amount of Saladmaster Glo cleanser, to make a paste-like mixture. Using a dry paper towel, rub in a circular motion. Rinse well in hot soapy water to remove all cleanser and dry with clean towel.
Q. What causes discoloration to my cookware?
A. Heat tints: When too high of heat is used, heat tints of blue or golden brown or white hard water spots may appear. Follow the cleaning instruction on Saladmaster Glo to remove the discoloration. Occasionally, when cooking starchy foods, or in the searing of meats; a light colored residue may appear. This is not a permanent stain, inasmuch as it is only on the surface of the metal. It can be removed easily using the stainless steel and paper towel cleansing method.
Q. What causes a pan to warp?
A. Even as thick and heavy as Saladmaster cookware is, cold water in a hot pan or placing a hot pan in a sink of water could cause the pan to warp. Let the pan cool down first, then add warm water.
